Dcryptor's limit

I have went through all the steps firdt time the valet feature wouldnt let me start the car, went through the motions per instruction wouldnt click on brake press, 2nd time went through all steps, valet sets went perfect, and pressed the lock button three times and nothing happened, lights wouldnt blink with the press of the key lock feature on the remote. 3rd time went trough set up instructions and i get the limit reached on the key dcryptor step. please help with this.
